Pat has been in financial aspects of mechanical contracting since 1992. He estimates all the plumbing, in-floor and HVAC for all residential work and is active in the commercial quotes as well. Pat has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. Pat attends continuing education annually through various trade organizations.

Tim has been in the mechanical industry since 1982 with experience in mechanical contracting, estimating, project management of jobs exceeding $2 million, mechanical design, managing employees and outside field experience. Tim is a Master Plumber and Certified Backflow Tester. His educational background includes courses at South Central Technical in plumbing trades and welding. He also attended Project Management courses at Purdue. Tim attends continuing education annually through various trade organizations.

Joe has worked in the mechanical contracting industry since 1997. One way he utilizes his mechanical knowledge and excellent customer services skills is through promoting our preventive maintenance contracts. He also provides estimates for commercial Plumbing projects and residential Plumbing & HVAC projects. Joe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN and attends continuing education annually through various trade organizations.

Tim has been in the service industry – plumbing and HVAC since 1984. Tim has the experience and capability of handling any plumbing or HVAC call, and strives to give our customers the quality workmanship they deserve. Tim is also a licensed plumber and Tim attends continuing education annually through various trade organizations.
